Internet fail over

if anyone is interested I have setup my home network with internet fail over, primary is Virgin Media and using a Android mobile phone wth USB tethering as secondary

This requires a dedicated pfsense firewall (an old Core 2 Dup desktop with 2 GB is powerful enough)

setup both links up



confirm I am using my VM connection, run speed test to check,



pull cable to my VM connection, few seconds later, I am failed over to my mobile connection



to confirm I am om O2, go to speednet



when primary connection is back up, fails back to my VM connection
