installing missing channels vis tuxbox commander

Hiya all,

I've updated several boxs with missing channels via tuxbox commander.
The problem they all have is, when watching any channel, if I press down arrow on remote, I can go to the next channel but if I press up on the remote it won't work unless I'm in a bouquet.

any one got any ideas please
