Indoor Ariel

Hi Peeps,

My mum and dad are kind of stuck in their ways and would prefer me not to go drilling all over their house to run an ariel feed to a freeview box that they are considering for the bedroom.

I was looking at indoor ariels as they would much prefer this option.

So my question is: Are these any good?

Now I know that it will not be as good as linking it to the rooftop ariel, I just want to know if anybody has tried one of these and is it good enough?

I know it must be a damn site better that the crap signal they get at the moment I.e. The ariel attached to the tv

I've personally found most indoor tv ariels to be crap but I've not got a good signal where I am.

If its from argos I suggest you buy and if it doesn't work take it back

I bought one from B & Q for 5 quid, for when we go away in the tent..works a treat with my USB stick

Thanks for your input guys. I'll buy one and as Tony says, take it back if it's no use

I'm sure the signal is quite strong where they are so should be ok.

hi m8 when i had an indoor aerial for me freeview i got 1 ov those one for all aerials from argos the ones with the hoop m8 is ideal for freeview think are 17 qui but do a good job if any help..
