There are only 3 settings that you are presented with in IFA.

1. The image file to send (which you download from this site)
2. The network adapter (there should only be ONE!)
3. Whether or not you have a null modem cable attached.


I think you are referring to the "image". Have a look in the downloads section there are plenty of images available in there, just look for the word [IMAGE] in the thread title.
