IFA trouble (Admin remove)

Turn off any firewall and antivirus you have running...including windows firewall. Even close the antivirus/firewall down if you have to. I've heard of people having to uninstall Norton competely before it would work!
 
Make sure you're using a cross-over ethernet cable and not a standard one. Give your network card a static IP address, i.e. 192.168.1.1. Have the power lead to the box completely removed and only when you press OK (or UNBLOCK if using SP2) then plug the box in.

Nice one m8...as I said, some antivirus software like Norton can really stop it from working!
