As Big Hol says not much open these days. You will get lots of fta though. 26e shows some excellent films (MBC channels), good football/sport and HD lots in English.

19e also shows some good stuff. Klitschko fight on Saturday is fta for example.

i run a tm500 on 1meter dish,theres lots of fta out there,with the latest ur image u can get a cple of xxx channels and afew other forign channels,best bet is either go cs or a spiderbox tbh
