Identifying Eurovox Model

Hello

Can someone assist please? Been given a Euro-VOX Max by a friend. Never worked with these, have looked at loads of threads just need clarification.

There are apparently Silver - Blue - Red Eurovoxes. The one i have is Black with 2 scarts on the back. The front panel is silver, with a diamond shaped volume/channel button, as well as the standby button, located to the left of the unit. Front flap comes down.

Remote is silver with the coloured buttons at the bottom, going down vertically ( red -blue - green - yellow)

Question is what Eurovox is it, 1 or 2, and what firmware shall i load.

you either have a red 2007 model or a blue 2006.

look into the holes and if the tuner ends 1.5 cm before the end of the pcb then its a red, if the tuner goes all the way to the end of the pcb then its a blue

the box is a max m8
look at the box from above and the blue box tuner will measure 12 slots in the grill
and the red box 8
