Humax HDR Fox T2 -- standby problem

Can anyone help - when the box is in standby and connected to my Panasonic tv, it occasionally flicks onto the hdmi channel for 5 seconds then back to tv. Very annoying when I'm watching a program

check your hdmi lead, try changing it, sounds like a connection problem
