I wouldn't exactly call it easy. It's possible with a lot of time and patience. You need to be able to fix a mounting pole to the side of the house so that it's perfectly vertical and to spend a day or two or more making adjustments until it's just right. If you use the Humax signal meter to save the cost, you'll need to be able to set this up so you can see it from your ladder. Otherwise you'll need a very tolerant friend/ partner.
There's a useful guide on the Hisat site to give you an idea. I did my own and it took me a lot of fiddling until I got it right.
If you don't like ladders, DIY, getting wet then an installer would be worthwhile. They'll do it in a fraction of the time and probably get you a better set of signals across the range of sats. But it'll cost you.
