Huawei sim unlocking needed

I've a couple of Huawei P8 Lite's sat in the draw doing nothing and a mate wants the pair just for work lads but their all on o2 contracts.

Wheres the cheapest fastest place to get them unlocked ?. Both haven't been on the Vodafone network for months .Most of the eBayers require this for easy money as its free after 30 days on a Vodafone network.

Lots of them say unlock but when you enquire their basically asking you to pay for what is a free service. If you have a locked Vodafone phone and it's had a Vodafone sim in it for 30 days plus constant then you can get it done free by Vodafone. Most at £2 on eBay eventually ask "Has it had sim 30 days ?"
