i have formatted my dads pc and put tinyxp rev 08, when i try and install the driver for the printer it should be built into xp but as it is the tiny version it has been ripped out so it asks me for the xp disk during install which i dont have , when you go to the hp site to get the driver it is just a text file saying how to do it using the windows disk, has any one got the actual driver and please dont direct me to the hp site as it is not on there!
many thanks hixy

On the HP site:
When you get to the page with the Windows version list, there is a CHECK button above. Try using this.

Not sure the check button will help, but no harm in trying.

This site it has got your driver.

You do not have permission to view link Log in or register now.

and there are a number of others out there.

The other thing to do is send an email to hp support who I have found are more helpful now than they have been in the past.
