How to revive DM500-S

Hi guys,

Yesterday, I dusted off my long kept box and when I plugged in, got nothing except green light, no interaction with remote, standby button is not working, seems dead. Any idea, how to revive this box.

Does DreamUp still see it with a null modem connection ?

Infect, I bought the NULL MODEM Cable but didn't realize that don't have port on Laptop. In a midst of searching older machine now.

And don't discount the strong possibility of a dicky PSU. Can you try a swap-out with a known-good PSU from a m8's dm500?

You could buy a USB adapter

psu are probmatic

usb adaptor will help though can be a pain @ times
