How to read User and Pass on TM500?

Hi all,
I have a TM500 already setup with UR image. I cannot log onto it due to User and Pass incorrect.
How to read User and Pass on TM500?

To log into the Technomate via FTP the Username is root and leave the password blank. If your logging into the CCcam or NewCS servers then the Username and Password are whatever they are listed in the CCcam config or NewCS.xml. The best software I have found for FTP is Winscp as you can edit your CCcam config and NewCS.xml on the fly without needing to copy it over to your PC, edit it and then send it back. Your probably better off changing the default password to your own on the Technomate by doing this.

hi mate, usually the username of the box is: root and password is: (blank) ; by default.

If you got it not new it is likely to be changed.

The best thing and most likely easiest is:

Flash the box again with latest image found in download center.

Get technomate control center and connect to ip of the box, from there you can change default password to something of your choice.

Get DCC 2.95 and log in with "root" and whatever you set password to.

You can then, FTP all you want.
