How to pick up these channels?

how do i input details into technomate to pick up these channels, suposedly there is footie on them today for free and open?

im on technomate 5400.. for some reason i can pick up 13 and 19e easily but not with 16e .help thanks

if the figures are correct for the satellite, those channels do not exist.
