how to open web camera ?

I have a laptop with a built in web camera it has foxlink and cyberlink drivers I want to be able to open the camera with out using programs because i want to get a virtual suzie (FiveFWD - virtual) you download this advert and then show it your web camera at first people were printing it out but now Iphone and hero ect work but i cant get my web cam working without the software which is for video calling or whatever cyberlink ucam is for any ideas how to get the web cam to show on the desktop

I just go into all programs and open mine that way, my laptop is an Acer so my webcam is called Acer Crystal Eye or something like that?

I can only find the cyberlink youcam programm and the trick dont work with it and i realy wanted a vitual suzy in my hand
