How to live stream TV programs on Android devices

I can stream it on pc once I download stream.m3u file and play with VLC player.

When I try and do the same thing on my Samsung pad it doesn't work (VLC player and IPTV).

Does anyone know what programs to use for my Samsung pad?

you have the vu+ apk to stream yourvu+ on your android system, need mxplayer or other player.

im using it on my android box and working like a charm
