The 2nd image shows correctly that you have 16GB of ram. Does the laptop perhaps only have 1 slot with an 8GB module and have the other 8GB soldered directly to the motherboard?

I dont see an issue says, you're using 6.9GB and have another 8.8GB available , also says your running at 3200mhz therefore xmp is probably already enabled, as you can see my 3200 speed ram is not xmp enabled and is showing it running at 2133. so to me your memory all looks fine.

I agree the XMP is already enabled. I enabled mine when I built this machine. Shows my speed as 3200.
