How many days a week do you eat a takeaway / fast food of some type?

reading this thread has made me realise why i'm overweight!

I basically live on takeaways

every day at work i have a take out ..if its not chippy its kfc or a burger
Saturday nights i treat the Mrs to a curry

Probably 2 or 3 times a week (Chippy/Fast food/Indian or Chinese).

It's normally when I can't be arsed cooking as the missus doesn't cook (unless you call oven chips and pizza cooking).
