how do i get 28.5e on my tm500 or tm800

well, as the question.
how the hell do i get 28.5

i have added satellites but 28.5 isnt in the list
i have tried changing settings to get it with no luck

i am asking this because there was a football match i wanted to watch on 28.5 11307/v/27500/ 2/3
i tried on 28.2e but didnt get the prog i was looking for.

but do i need a bigger dish to receive it, but yet i pulledd in 16 channels from it but the one i wanted was not in it.

so has anyone got any idea on how this is ??
