how do i change my account from standerd to adim on vista?

hi all i need to change my account type on virta to adim but it's grayed out when i try and do it in conrrol pan.

Log in as the/an administrator > Control panel > User Accounts > Manage another account > select the account you want to 'elevate' > Change the account type > select administrator > click the change account type > log out > log into your normal account.

i did that m8 but it's still grayed out?

i had to crate a new account and i put it on adim. then i clicked on manage an account then i clicked on my own account and i still could not select adim account. and also when i check to see if the new account is on adim is went back onto standerd user i think thats way i can change my own onto adimn?
