Hi quality looping gif's

how do i make them ?

i see loads of gifs that are looped from t.v and video and stuff, what and how do i make them?

Would any one know ?

I use flash mate, tricky at first but once you get the hang of it it is quite easy

You need a program that downloads torrent filed first, but here is one of many
