hi. all after some help here if poss, i've got a medialink s2 fta premium magic box 1150s , i have tried a few free iptv lines had no joy told by one providers virgin blocking my isp ,another said they blocked port 8080 :that's why it keeps freezing ok i get vpn router set it up takes rj5, from vm router to vpn router one from vpn to box set things up ip address is change tell iptv provider ok put detail,s into box stalker comes on for 2 mins then freezes again ok provider said lets try mu3 file put then in still the same ok change setting in vm router still the same ??
Can you try the m3u on another device say phone or iPad via a iptv app and see if it works which it most likely will..
Just open any iptv app add your m3u url and off you go...
Also I doubt your being ip blocked..sounds like you have way over complicated things..start fresh is a good idea

what about parental controls? Sign in to My VM Virgin Media - My Virgin Media with your primary My VM account -> My Apps -> Web Safe -> Turn off the two parental options. Now reboot your hub and any your devices currently connected to the network.
