help with tm500 super

please help. I have a tm500 super, I have tried to upload the UR image via mini web but it still boots with the iq image how do I sort this. 2nd I have sent a recent satellites xml to var/etc but the transponders have not updates so not all channels are scanned. please can anyone assist.

I don't have permission but I have done the image via mini web and it did not work, cheers

maybe worth a try to flash original fw via mini web then try iq
