help with t911 and flash

I have just flashed T911 with NewD11 so i can run new multirom multi provider scripts.
it wouldn't let me flash it the switch is on Left only on Right.
Am i right in saying that it should work if the switch is put back to the right after flashing on left or has it got to be flashed to the right on the left it goes through the flash telling me no errors

is this normal to flash this way with some of them just keeps reading

Not exactly sure what u mean
but the script looks right for a boc card
let it run 4 a while
As long as it said complete when u flashed it
all should be well

bacicley it said you have to flash with the switch the one near the power suply pointing to the left looking at the programer face on where switches are but mine will not flash unless switch is over to the right and 1 6 on is this normal for some of them cheers

so i have to guess
Is it a orange nexus cos
to flash it switches 1/6 on the rest off
to glitch switches 2/5 on rest off

i am concerned at the number of resets "!" in the log above.
are you using a T911 winexplorer config file because it looks like winex is set to pheonix programmer settings???
