help with seedbox

does anyone know how to set up a seedbox i got this one from http://www.leeware.com/ and need help setting it up

all the sites use different detection methods mate
mostly they look at the total data transferred between updates to the tracker and compare the total downloaded amounts to the total uploaded and if they dont match it flags the most likely candidate
on other sites they actually have a database of ISP`s with their max upload speeds and if you go over that you`re gone
and some others actually use external applications to parse their logs so you might think you got away with it only to get banned a few weeks later lol
you can get away with it on some sites if you dont take the piss but theres always a chance of getting busted
