help with flashing

hi folkes. got my self a dbox 2 .i have been reading loads of info from liam and gav brilliant stuff .i have a little problem i have downloaded 3 diffrent images to flash the box from this site eg next gen sportster +enigmax every time im on the flash assistent and then press start it comes up (not a valid image the file size have to be 8.257.536 bytes)now please dont shout at me i am just learning about computors and i know it will probely be somthing stupid but we all have to learn .if any body has any ideas were im going wrong i would be gratefull if you could help in any way .

Maybe you havent extracted the .IMG files from the archives.
The files you download from here are usually in .RAR or .ZIP format, which need to be opened using WinRAR software (www.rarlabs.com) or similar.

Make sure you are extracting the .IMG file before loading it into IFA.
