can anyone help me on how to get the downstream frequency for my area,im in tw n lanark area,thanx.

cheers m8 still havin trouble gettin ambit to lock,it was a modded nt.should this make a dfference,

shouldnt make a diff i used a n*l 200 in tw forabout 18 months then switched to a sb4100 me m8's still usin the 200 though an its runnin sweet
