Help with 2 swiss cards cak7

Hello friend's from Swiss, i have big problem with my 2 cards swiss cak7 merlin system (UPC Cablec*m caid 1862 & Cs*t swiss caid:1863) . Not support sbox / oscam public versions.
Any help will be well rewarded. Thanks.
