help transfering my mobile number plz

hi i wanna know if this can be done as i think it can be

ive recently got a vodafone contract out, had it for say about 2 weeks and i want to move my old number over (from o2) and vodafone have told me they cant do it now as they would have needed my pac code BEFORE they connected me but i orderd online and it just turned up i wasnt asked about anyting like this, when it arrived it was all ready to go - - i dont think thats right i was pretty sure u could move your number any time u wanted

any info would be apreciated

Vodafone are lying mate. All you need is your PAC code, and they can do it. Used to work for them mate, full of shit to be honest. Worst customer service around. lol Threaten them with cancelling the contract or something, or speak to a supervisor.

cool thanks mate ill get onto that, can i swap the numbers over like move my voda contract to my 02 pay as u go and pay as u go number to my voda? is it long or do i just get the pac codes and do it?
