Help...Spiderbox HD9000 menu options disapeared!

I've just installed a brand new Spiderbox HD9000 but the menu 'Installation' only gives me 'factory reset' as an option. How do I get the other options regarding setting up the dish?

It is attached to the dish and I had it working a short time ago!

UPDATE:

I updated all the patches again and all now seems well. Sorry to disturb.
