help philips tv on the blink

My Philips 32PW6515 widescreen TV has also developed an intermittent fault, which means the Scart ports cannot be used at all, as the TV switches itself off. Sometimes I cannot turn the TV on or adjust the sound.anyone out there know how to fix,thank you

Unfortunately this seem to be the painter chip its a common problem with the this philips chassis

if u stay near lanarkshire i know a tv engineer who does cheap repairs

Does sound like the painter ic failing and it`s not that cheap to put right, a standalone pcb would need sending away to have the chip replaced, some smd caps replaced and the geometry settings enterd in to the chip, usual price is just over eighty pounds, what model is it? bottom right of the label on the back should have some letters/numbers, do any of them start A10....
