help needed

i`ve uninstalled a programe but the serial no. is still present how can i remove everything

Try searching the registry for all keys relating to that software

Go to 'Run'
Type 'regedit' and press return
now click 'Edit' and then 'Find'
Type in the name of the software, or part of the name.
click 'Find Next'
Delete the entry that it finds.
then press F3 (to search for the next entry) and so on.

Only do this if you know what you are doing
