help needed sa 4000

hi all programed card for sa 4000 comes up saying card is in valid ive tried funcard mosc card the ird and boxkey are correct then when i view the tv channels they are all light blue colour but when i change channel they change to dark blue in engieers menu says card status ok any idea.s what the problem could be

Reboot the box without the card in and then try the FTA channels like BBC1 etc and see what the picture is like, also check the scart lead etc.

tryed all that m8 could it be the card reader at vault it as 2 card slots is there any way round it so i could use the top card slot and try that

what type of card are u useing m8 ???????

invalid card is normaly the wrong ird m8, {dont think its the reader myself}
