help needed desperately

got a 4010..........jtagged it..... connected all is will when i hit the dump keys get the correct ird but in the box key i get a 14 number box key instead of 16........can anyone shed light on this for me cheers...: multi : : multi : : multi : : multi :

Don't know what the problem is M8 Sorry, what software are you using?

Just been having a search and found this may help 15 number bk !!

Have you not got a card you can read?

no but i try a new version of SDT : multi : : multi : : multi : : multi :

try adding 0 in front of the 15 bk numbers. mp101216

sorted........ used box key extractor 2.2 and all was revealed...got the full 16 no.
