HELP - lost sd card from modded wii ?

Hi

Somehow my mates daughter has lost the sd card I used when modding wii with modmii.

Is there an easy fix for this ?)

what did you have on the sd card?

i dont leave an sd card in my wii at all..

All the files required for softmod, did not use the ext HDD.

When you softmod it, there are no dependencies on the sd card to load "other software". The "other software", usb config loader,wiiflow etc, can be on an sd card or fat32 HDD. You only need the sd card for the initial installation.

Just download the apps again. You can use modmii to download.

As you were not using a HDD, would I be correct in assuming you were using DVDs?

Does the Wii still work playing copied games or did u put the games onto the SD card and get config loader to boot from there to play games?

As buzzer said you don't need an SD card in the Wii on a perm basis as once modded its all done on the memory in the Wii. If my memory serves me right only thing you needed SD card in was for Priloader but i never used that myself.

God it's been a long time since i gave advice on in the Wii section. Getting buzzer to mod his was about the last time i gave advice. LMAO
