help Corrupted File

hello i have word file which has got corrupted. could someone tell me which best software is avaialble which will allow me to recover the file.

If you google 'Corrupt Word File' there are a few out there mate. You can either download a trial and hope that it does one for free or find an alternative via the usual sources?
