Heating problem any engineers about

Oil central heating/outside boiler. When I came down stairs this morning and the wireless relay box next to my Honeywell 9400c timer had a steady red light on it. So its not paired or binded with my room themostat. I changed the aa batteries on the room themostat and rest the light on relay box to green by holding it down and that seems to be working OK but the light on the room thermo is showing red when I move the dial round to desired temp. Sure it used to go and sure it should turn green same as on relay box so Im thinking its not paired or binded , Anyone tell me in simple terms (cause Im thick) how to re bind/ pair these things. Boiler working and rads hot.

Cheers Bud but I dont have the slider control function or the up down keys mentioned as its a different thermostat, but thank you. I think its working again but no green light still maybe I imagined the green light lol

Reckoned you did shaun. The instructions only mention a red light for the thermostat.
