HD channels

im thinking of soon getting into sat and im currently starting to look at boxes, in the proses im working out what i need from it, and i was thinking about HD

my question is, i live in the Midlands what HD channels can i get?? (with or without moding)

depending on which sats u will be watching , theres a list here , some of which are scrambled and some of which are fta channels
