hd channels not working on kryptview

just put my tv on and non off the hd channels are working anymore just a blank screen is anyone else getting the same thing my box is a dw800 kryptview
 
as that was not a true krypt they did not have the rights to alter it so it was passed by sorry to say.the 780 purring away very nicely:Clap::Clap:
