HD channels audio no video

Hi all. jist seen an issue with my vu uno 4k box. the hd channels are not clearing but still getting audio. is anyone else getting this issue

On what channels and have you tried restarting your box?

All Hd channels. yh tried to restart box they were clearing yesterday

Just tested loads of hd channels on virgin music, movies, entertainment and all are clearing fine.

thanks mate which auto bouquet maker version are you using im on 3.0.

Non I always just do a full scan with network search enabled I've have not scanned anything in many months

ive managed to sort it had to update my openvix image for some reason but now they clearing thanks for your help
