Hay fever

Well its that time of year and i have hay fever, anyone got any ideas to keep my eyes from itching, and my nose running?

Vaseline round and just inside the nostrils. Pollen then sticks to this instead of entrering the nose.

I take clarytin and if it get really bad i use beconaze wich is a nose spray

Too late for you now but there is something you can try for next year.

During late winter buy some LOCAL HONEY, it must be made by local bees which collect local pollen.

The point is that you will be eating the pollen that will eventually cause your hay fever, so hopefully your body will get acustomed to the pollen before hayfever kicks in.

Take ZIRTIK tabs. One a day will give you good relief. Other ones are also good like claryitin or piriton. Next year at the start of April buy a KENALOG injection at your local chemist,get the G.P. to give to you before the first week of april and you will have no problem for the summer.
