Halo help

Looking for a bit of help on halo 1 lol

im on a level with a pink gravity lift at the end, i have killed everything on the level but cant get the lift to pick me up, ive looked through the walk throughs and the whole level but just cant work out what im not doing

i dont want to start playing halo2 untill ive done this one lol

can anyone help?

i had this problem the first time i played it.

i think it's just a matter of moving around a bit and looking up, down, all over, walking off the platform then on it again.

are you sure you killed all the hunters?

just keep trying m8.
