Priiloader is a modded version of Preloader, just like preloader. Priiloader places it on boot sequence before the system menu.
by doing this Priiloader has the ability to:

• Patch memory just like StartPatch or Preloader. hacks.ini should be on the sd root and can be found on wiibrew
• Save Wii from banner & other kind of bricks that aren’t system menu title/ios or boot1/2 related

if autoboot is enabled, hold reset while starting the wii to boot priiloader.​

Priiloader Hacks for your Wii:​

• Disable 4.2E disc region checks
• Disable HAXX,DVDX,RZDx Checks
• Block Disc Updates
• Block Online Updates
• Remove NoCopy Save File Protection
• Move Disc Channel
• No System Menu Background Music
• No System Menu Sounds at all
• No System Menu Sounds (Channel BGM)
• Recovery Mode (D-Pad Up 4th GC)
• Force [COLOR=#0054A6 ! important][COLOR=#0054A6 ! important]Standard[/color][/color] Recovery Mode
• Remove Diagnostic Disc Check
• Auto-Press A at Health Screen
• Replace Health Screen with Backmenu
• Force Disc Games to run under IOS249
• Region Free GC Games (No VM Patch)
• Region Free Channels
• Lock System Menu with Black Screen

Priiloader Requirements:

• Nintendo Wii running System Menu 4.2
• PAL Nintendo Wii
• SD card for Installation
• Homebrew Channel Already Installed
• Priiloader Package: Here or Here or Here

Installing Preloader:

• Copy downloaded package to SD Card, keeping file/folder structure.
• Run Homebrew Channel and load Priiloader.
• Press (+) to install or update Preloader.
• To access Priiloader and configure it please hold (RESET) while powering on your Wii.

bro, what advantages does Priiloader have over Preloader? I have preloader and it works fine even with my manual partial upgrade to 4.2E.

EDIT: No need. I cannot see any clear advantage. Priiloader is just a mod of Preloader.

Yeah as far as I know Preloader is not being developed anymore so Priiloader is a better option
