Id get the panasonic, in fact i am in a month or so mate been told to give LG a wide berth by most stores i been into lol.

i would go for the panasonic. Great price these days, i bought the older model at xmas for about 1200!
i would also recommend getting it from john lewis as they come with a 5 year warranty and i think its £800 in there aswell
