I went to one in the Lake District a few years ago. It's great fun, and since it wasn't too busy we got to stay on as long as we wanted. I wouldn't recommend it for someone scared of heights, but it was a great afternoon.

I live near the Delamere goape place and been there a few times. It's great fun, make sure u wear some old clothes tho as they are going to get ruined lol

Excellent fun, just have a laugh and dont be scared, your always conected to the safty line thing.
