I am back smoking..
I gradually over time became really ill from vaping most likely nic overdose..i was in a bad way but did not believe it could be the vaping as was on a low nic but ended up as docs and on a drip..ironically was okay after a few days of smoking.

my mrs got the eleaf iStick 100w about 3 months ago.
Around £30. Great Ecig.
Great how strong or how low you want to use. things have moved on from the wee pencil Ecigs that came out at the start.
I have not smoked in years thanks to my Ecig and feel better both health ways and pockets ways.
Although the law is changing with the oils.
Soon you won't be able to buy large bottles and nicotine will be maximum of 18mg.

The eleaf iStick with top should be in and around £50.
If I still smoked I would be getting a return on that £50 within 5 days as it's near £10 a packet of smokes.

I was sceptical about vaping but took the plunge in April 2014. The pen type. I took it to work with me on the Monday along with a 10 packet of my usual brand.
I enjoyed the vape experience and have never smoked since that day just over 3 years ago. Apart from a prosthetic knee I've not really ever had health problems but the finances improved instantly.

You guys are just swapping one addiction for another. The better the ecigs get the less chance you have of being free

@casuk go to a good shop were they have alot of choices and have some mods made up were you can try different flavours and tanks.i like cloud chasing tanks that gives off huge plooms of vape.

My vape is zero nicotine and has been for the last 18 months, down from 24mg when I first started vaping. Are you suggesting I'm addicted to Strawberry Mint and Menthol?
I could stop vaping whenever I choose but I happen to enjoy it.
You should be applauding those who would rather vape than smoke. Vaping doesn't involve any of those nasty carcinogens associated with tobacco, it is way cheaper, less offensive to the nose and isn't flicked into the street after use.

Its still nasty for those that dont do it and have to walk though a massive cloud of vapour.

But well done for giving up the nicotine, I would say that the majority of those that vap have not done so however

been a tobacco smoker for many years and ignored the vaping scene as i thought it was equally as bad for you, until i done some research and now packed up smoking and using a vape to help me with this

was not totally convinced at first and i honestly thought i would go back to smoking as i have tried all the aids to help me but failed miserably

patches=fail
tablets=fail
cold turkey=fail

so after using a vape pen now for just over week, i'm that confident i will never go back to cigarettes. to be honest i couldn't think of anything worse now.

Benefits so far is that i can breathe easily now, i don't stink of ciggies,missus likes me more now i don't smell.
food is starting to taste better,can smell better in general and best of all the smokers cough has gone and i sleep better now

i expect it all to get better and i'm never going back on the fags.

why i never got on this earlier i don't know, i'm just glad i did

so if anyone is thinking about giving up, do some research on vaping.

good luck to anyone has given up.
You tired being hypnotised alot of my mates and done this and said it worked just not sure if it's all in there heads tho

Our lass been off the fags for 2 1/2 years now, result is we now have about £400's worth of mods and tanks and I now mix up the e juice for her (0% nicotine) loads cheaper, I on the other hand have a fag in my hand now ;-)

i love smoking but when the symptoms came and i went to the doctors i found out my lungs were pretty bad for lung disease. i had no choice but to stop after finding out. there is a stop smoking clinic once a week at the doc surgery so they sent me there. they gave me all stop smoking aids i wanted and i gradually cut down until after 4 months i decided one day that i was gonna stop once the pack of ciggies i had was finished. its wasnt until a year later i went on the ecig. i knew i was gonna break i could feel it then i tried my sisters ecig. i had only tried the cheaper ecigs before and found it hard to get a draw but this one felt great the first draw i took. i do regret starting the ecig because its almost glued to my hand every waking moment lol but if i didn't i was close to breaking and smoking again but maybe i wouldn't because of my lungs i dont know. ecgigs save u a lot of money but its gonna be hard to get off the ecig when i eventually have to. hope u finally got off them
