Getting Mode B in vista

Has anyone managed to flash a Hitachi in vista yet?

Ive managed to flash both sammys and hitachis in XP but like a twat ive upgraded to vista, cause i thought it would be good(i was wrong)

Now i cant get the drive recognized in windows. I use the connectivity kit to get mode B but ive also tried the slax CD. The drive im trying at the minute is a 59DJ so shouldnt be a problem

So i would just like to know, if its my setup or a problem in Vista??

yeah i did an hitachi 59dj and a 78fk in vista home premium no probs except with 78fk had to press eject a few times on the 360 once booted into vista 2 get it to reckonize it.
