Getting Err4 on the screen

Hi m8

I am in Ex C&W Area and have DI4000-N box with opos card.
I just programmed this card with new files.

When I started, box come on and got all the channels working. Then after few minutes, I started to changed channels with remote control. After few channel box got stucked at one channel. I then switch off the box and restarted the box again. Now box start, but not get any channels and get message Err2 on the screen.

This message keep flashing between Err2 and PACE on the screen.

I reprogrammed the card, but still same problem.

Please can some one help.

the sim is prob not makin contact properly in the box try takin it out and refittin it again

Unless there is an error in his original post, 4000s don't have a SIMM.

On the 4000, an Err4 is usually the NAND Flash.
