Yeah thats right getting free for a year ,
but how would it look to the engineer if I was using
a dreambox 500c with only FTA channels,
Should be nothing to worry about eh????

or would it be better to just hide it out the way

there is no other way to use it now anyway is there, apart from the places that arent n3 yet, not many im assuming, so nowt they could say really, but alot easier just to put it away while the engineers there then they know no different!

Im pretty sure under the terms and conditions its against the rules to connect anything other than an official device to their network even for fta.

That flies in its own face.

You may recall when the analogue signal was carried in the cable and you could plug it straight into the back of your telly for thefive base channels without using a set top box.

I've got a clone 500c and 600c but these are old boxes m8,
think I paid £80 and £110 or roundabout
but it was a while ago
