ConsoleGenie reserves the right to change its TOS at any time. We reserve the right to change point values of rewards or offers at any time for any reason.
(1) A user must have a valid email address.
(2) A user must provide address details. No PO Boxes, please.
(3) You must be a resident of the UK to join.
(4) Only 1 (one) account per household/person/IP address and all duplicate/rogue accounts will be deleted.
2. Completion of Offers
(1) A user may only receive credit for completing an offer once. Do not complete an offer twice.
(2) ConsoleGenie does not guarantee that a user will receive credit for any offer. We reserve the right to refuse a user credit for an offer for a variety of reasons, including, but not limited to, lack of appropriate information or fraudulent information.
(3) ConsoleGenie is not responsible for delays in reporting offer completion or failure to receive credit. Most credits will appear within 30 days of the user submitting it.
(1) ConsoleGenie is a free service and does not guarantee a payment of any amount or rewards of any kind, regardless of offers or referrals completed.
(2) ConsoleGenie will take measures to ensure that the user receives payments and rewards within a reasonable amount of time. However, ConsoleGenie can only do so when the advertisers pay.
(3) All rewards are sent to the address provided by the user at registration time. It is a user's responsibility to verify that the address provided is correct. ConsoleGenie is not responsible for lost mail as a result of a theft or mis-delivery.
(4) ConsoleGenie is not responsible for any lost orders due to inaccurate address details.
(5) A member can only order one (1) reward.

When you register, your name and address must be completed. This is only so we can out the free gift to you. We do NOT sell, rent or give away any of you information to anyone.
